TRANSPORTATION

Ground transportation is provided to/from Key West International Aiport (EYW) to the Perry Hotel Key West. Upon landing, please proceed to Baggage Claim and look for a greeter holding a Toyota sign. Once you’ve collected your luggage, the greeter will take you to your car for transfer to the hotel. If you have any issues locating your driver, please call 402-578-9534.

What should I pack?
In Key West, April generally offers warm, pleasant weather with a nice balance of sun and mild humidity. Highs can range from 75-85 degrees and lows ranging from 65-75 degrees. April is one of the best months to visit Key West, as the weather is warm but not too hot, and it's before the peak summer heat! Recommended attire: resort casual (shorts, sun dresses, collared shirts and t-shirts). 

How do I book my flight?
We are working with a travel partner to book all flights. The link to book flights will be in your confirmation email.

What airport will I be flying to?
You will arrive at and depart from Key West International Airport (EYW).

When I arrive at the airport, where do I meet the driver to transfer me to the hotel?
Please meet at baggage claim, where a representative will have a sign with the Toyota logo.

What is the KAIZEN Breakfast on Friday, April 11?
We want to know what got you here! Top Gun Winners will gather for breakfast and discuss their secrets to success. Your guest can enjoy breakfast at leisure during this time. 

What time is check-in and check-out at The Perry Hotel & Marina?
We will do our best to ensure your room is ready upon arrival at the hotel, check-in is at 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. 

What are the shuttle hours at the Perry Hotel?
The shuttle is currently offered from 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Hours subject to change at any time. The shuttle departs the hotel on the hour for Old Town and picks up at 201 Williams Street on the ½ hour. Please see the front desk for details, and most current schedule.

Will I be responsible for any expenses?
The following event components are included in your trip, compliments of the Toyota Central Atlantic Region:

• Round-trip airfare within the approved threshold for winner and guest.
• Transfers to/from Key West International Airport. 
• Three-night accommodations at the Perry Hotel.
• Group meals as denoted on the Agenda. 
• One activity of choice per winner and guest.

All other remaining costs including incidentals, meals on own, flight upgrades, hotel extensions and/or upgrades will be at the cost of the attendee.
